Mumdance- Different Circles mixtape

I had the pleasure of meeting Jack (aka Mumdance) on his very first night in the US of A, piss drunk in the LES and fresh off a plane from the UK. Not only is he one of the most genuinely nice/chill dudes I've met in a while, he also knows how to whip up a sick track AND throw down a mean mixtape.

Mad Decent says, "Listening to this mix is like being a stoned cat looking into a crystal ball spinning on top of a turntable floating inside your mind. The future!"

Fader says, "Does this dude just jam this stuff out like it’s no big deal? Guess that’s the stoner kitty element, but his brain scan results must resemble erupting volcanos."

And his camp says, "Mumdance's Different Circles mixtape is a mission statement confirming his kaleidoscopic tastes. With 17 original productions spanning ethnic tinged drunk funk woven into 1980's synth-pop, Balearic-tinged minimal techno, Baltimore gutter colliding with calypso, tribal guarachero & his very own home grown genre, 'kerplunk'. Collated as a precursor to his Forthcoming "Mum Decent EP" on Mad Decent (to be released August 23rd) as well as showcasing a host of other releases on Trouble & Bass, No Hats No Hoods, and Big Dada, this is a definitive guide to whats next. Different Circles features vocals from Esser, Trim, Jammer, Mc Sparks & Kie, Badness & Boy Better Know, as well as collaborations with Drums of Death, Shortstuff & Brackles, Toy Selectah & AC Slater."

So really all there is left for me to say is grab this mixtape stat, and support a rad dude makin rad tunes for YOU to dance to.
