When I don't know what to wear to an "event," I generally default to wearing something already in heavy wardrobe rotation (this xl H&M sweater) +expensive heels -pants. Always works. Underneath the sweater I've got on aa disco shorts, short enough to not really show, but long enough to prevent full on ass flashing.
